Decent griddle, slow delivery

I ordered the 22 inch Tabletop Griddle and a Spatula Kit. The griddle itself is solid and works great for camping trips, no complaints there. Setup was easy and seasoning went well. However, the delivery took 8 days to reach Portland, which felt a bit long. I've had faster shipping from other places. Customer service was polite when I called about the tracking, but couldn't really speed things up. Overall, happy with the product, just wish shipping was quicker.

Good value on an accessory

I grabbed the Griddle Press during their Father's Day sale. Got it for about 10% off, which made it a pretty sweet deal. Shipping was free too since I added a few other small things. Definitely worth what I paid.

Great 36-inch griddle for family

I finally pulled the trigger on the 36 inch Griddle Station during a bundle deal. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It arrived in two large boxes about 5 days after I ordered it, which was faster than I expected for something so big. Assembly was pretty simple, took my son and me about 45 minutes to get it all together. The quality of the rolled steel surface is impressive; it seasoned up nicely right away. I've used it for breakfast, burgers, and even stir-fry, and it handles everything perfectly. The grease management system is also well-designed and easy to clean. I also picked up the Griddle Cover, which fits snugly. Very happy with this purchase, it's made outdoor cooking so much better for our big family.

Good griddle, quick delivery

Ordered the 22 inch Tabletop Griddle. Arrived in 4 days. Works as expected. Cooked burgers on it. No issues. The cover was a bit snug, but it fits. Satisfied with the purchase.

Awesome griddle, super fast shipping!

I just got my 36 inch Griddle Station and it is AMAZING! I used it for breakfast the very next day and everything cooked perfectly. The surface is huge, so much room for all our pancakes and bacon. Shipping was so quick, it got here in just 3 days to Kansas City, which was unexpected. My only tiny thing was the assembly instructions could have been a bit clearer for one step, but we figured it out. I'm already planning my next purchase, probably some more accessories. Definitely telling all my buddies about this one!

Reliable quality, consistent experience

This was my third order from Blackstone Products, this time for the Pizza Oven Attachment. As usual, the item arrived well-packaged and within the estimated shipping time, took 5 days to reach my place in Orlando. I've been impressed with the consistency of their products over the years; my original 28 inch Griddle Station is still going strong. The pizza oven works great, though the initial heat-up took a little longer than I anticipated from the manual. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up and performs reliably. Good job again, Blackstone.
